These tactical weight vest plates are to be used in the Flo Fitness Tactical weight vest.
The set comes with two plates, Zinc coated, Approx 8.75Lb each for a total of 17.5Lb.
If you are adding these plates as extras and already have plates in your vest, please be sure to separate the plates with a piece of material or thin cardboard or else the zinc coating may rub off.
